I've gotten some feedback to this, but why do 90% of maternity tops have this decorative tie thing going on? It doesn't help the shirt expand and for the most part they don't help tighten the shirt to you either. I thought my closet looked kind of funny with them all hanging there ;)
Well, when your stomach gets huge enough, some of the ties do actually help to show that you do have a rib cage and are not just all top and stomach!! Keeps you from looking like your stomach starts at your sternum on the shirts that are flow-y.
